How long do you take to ship out an order?
 

  • All orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS DAY. Do note that no orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays.
     
  • When you order our FLUXAQUA Background Chroma, it is entirely custom build hence we'll require an additional 3 working to make the exact custom fit for your tank's dimension (Length x Height).

 

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
 

  • As much as we would love to have you receive your parcel from us as soon as possible, we have no control of the parcel once it's out of our warehouse.
     
  • Shipping speed is highly subjected to custom clearance and some countries are known to be extremely slow when it comes to clearing parcels.
