Refund & Exchange Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at FluxAqua.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitutes our refund and exchange policy.
Exchange
You shall examine the goods upon delivered for any deficiencies and/or damages. If any product is found to be missing, incorrect, defective or damaged inside upon receiving your order, claims for exchange (if any) must be lodged to our Customer Service (Exchange Unit) at hello@fluxaqua.com within 3 days after receiving.
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Exchange Policy:
Exchange Terms and Guidelines:
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
- Please make sure that the exchange has been approved - without approval it may result in your exchange not being processed.
- No exchange can be made after 30 days from the date of purchase, however your product will still retain its 1-year limited warranty.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We regret to inform you that once your order has been placed are final. No edits nor refunds are allowed, as our products are in nature built to order for Flux Chroma. Please check your dimensions in the cart before placing your order. FluxAqua will not be responsible for delivering the dimensions in which you've input into your order.
If you've put the wrong dimensions for a custom-built Flux Chroma, please reach out to our live chat or email as soon as possible. We'll try our best to amend it to the correct size if our build team has not yet started your order.
Only one-time exchange request is allowed per order. FluxAqua reserves the right to reject any subsequent returns or refund requests for the same order or product.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Refund & Exchange Policy by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
1-year Limited Warranty
FLUXAQUA warrants Flux Chroma for a period of ONE (1) YEARS after the original date of purchase against accidental scratches (up to 2 accidents) for the front film of the background light from Normal Use of Flux Chroma.
The warranty covers portion that affects the function of Flux Chroma. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If you discover a defect and notify FLUXAQUA during the warranty period, FLUXAQUA will, at its discretion, send a replacement of the faulty attachments for power adapter, remote controller or WiFi adapter.
The warranty does not cover the actual background light itself, and any replacement that is approved is replaced for free but requires the customer to pay the shipping of the item for replacement.
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period.
Any refunds given will void any warranty including any type of replacement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not affect those rights in any way.
