How long do you take to ship out an order?

All orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS DAY. Do note that no orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays.
When you order our FLUXAQUA Background Chroma, it is entirely custom build hence we'll require an additional 3 working to make the exact custom fit for your tank's dimension (Length x Height).

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

As much as we would love to have you receive your parcel from us as soon as possible, we have no control of the parcel once it's out of our warehouse.
Shipping speed is highly subjected to custom clearance and some countries are known to be extremely slow when it comes to clearing parcels.
