How long do you take to ship out an order?

• All orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 BUSINESS DAY. Do note that no orders will be shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays. 
• When you order our FLUXAQUA Background Chroma, it is entirely custom build hence we'll require an additional 3 working days to make the exact custom fit for your tank's dimension (Length x Height).

• As much as we would love to have you receive your parcel from us as soon as possible, we have no control of the parcel once it's out of our warehouse.
• Shipping speed is highly subjected to custom clearance and some countries are known to be extremely slow when it comes to clearing parcels.

• USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 7-14 Business Day (up to 30 Business day during COVID19 period)

• EU Region(Germany, France, Italy, you get the deal): 7-20 Business Day  (up to 30 Business day during COVID19 period.)

All delivery estimates provided above are to be used as a general guideline, actual delivery time-frame might defer due to certain circumstances.

Delivery might be delayed due to occasions like Christmas, Black Friday and weeks building towards it as your local Postal Office is stuffed with parcels to be delivered.

Will I be charged custom fees?

• As much as we try to minimize additional fees when sending out your orders, certain countries have strict custom checks that will inevitably charge import/duty taxes.
• US/UK/CA/AU/Asia customers will not be required to pay any additional fees to be delivered right to the doorstep. All orders shipped are declared at 50$. (For the EU region, please check with your respective customs for more information.)
• Should a parcel be charged any import fees, FluxAqua will not be responsible for custom/duties/taxes or miscellaneous fees incurred from importing our products.

• All orders are being sent with a tracking number.
• Should you not receive any tracking from us, contact us at hello@fluxaqua.com and let us know your Order Number.
